While they claim to offer "best value", the breakfast bar shows this is a total lie.
Don't expect to see fruit here.

OK, they call this place the "best value", when their breakfast is "worst value".
FALLING APART
But what about the facility?
Metal doors are badly rusted, and haven't seen a fresh coat of paint in years. (see at left, click to enlarge)
And the electronic key cards don't even work: "We checked in at 6:30 pm and we were given the keys to an occupied room. Then the night clerk could not make a key card to open our room door....she collaborated the card several times and then told us "we were doing it too fast....the electronics can't work that fast" very sarcastically...and then she couldn't make the room door open with the same cards." (pbinspector, “Don't waste your money!”, TripAdvisor Review of 13 May 2015)
Even though the boy "night clerk" claims to be just an employee, he's really the owner. And when he claims the keys work -- really -- it goes like this: "Don't laugh at me -- they'll work now".
But this was a total lie.
The upstairs rooms are closed off -- to ordinary guests.

As the owner admits: "Some local people who live within a few miles of any hotel usually are not there for lodging. They come to a hotel to party or do something else" --
